At just 10 years old, founder Vartan Karayan discovered his passion for auto repair, mastering the trade overseas while helping support his family. That early dedication shaped the foundational principles of his life. In 1988, Vartan immigrated to the United States to pursue the American Dream, bringing along years of hands-on expertise, relentless determination, and a singular vision: to establish an elite repair shop where absolute integrity and flawless artistry would always take center stage.

That vision came to life in 1993 when Troy’s Best Auto Body Shop was established as a family-owned and operated facility. In 2015, Vartan’s son, Khach Karayan, proudly assumed leadership of the family business.
